I saw the plane hit the tower.

I saw the president defy the U.N. to run the world his way.
I saw the president place prisoners in Cuba avoiding the Geneva Conventions General Provisions.
I saw the attitude that he carried the swagger and his kick ass attitude.
That emotion has carried the United States to parts unknown with our equal rights and to the equal rights of alien human beings.
That emotional feeling that our president carried trickled down through the ranks to the foot soldier.

The day is clear, so today when I saw President Bush, Donald Rumsfeld and all the top brass apologizes for the terrible treatment of prisoners in Iraq after they were displayed on television for the world to see I knew that they knew.

Written words do not display the emotions that live television images can.

I saw how Donald Rumsfeld carried on during all his daily press briefings during the war.
I picked up on that feeling, that swagger, that movement and I must say the soldier’s right down the ranks picked up that same message that I did.

Today I saw Donald Rumsfeld and all the top brass apologizes before Congress for the terrible treatment of prisoners in Iraq after they were displayed on television for the world to see.

When I read what the young lady who posed in those pictures said in the papers and on line, I knew that the trickle down theory was really working.
The voices speaking to her were doing what the Bush administration wanted.
An innocent child is going to pay a dear price for just following orders.

I was following orders.
The orders were bent a long time ago.
This emotional feeling cannot be swept under a carpet.
