A remarkable moment, I just saw the planet Mars with my eyes.
The entire scientific community says that this view from Earth is the closest Mars will be to Earth for a at least 2000 years.
This was our moment in time.
Laurel and I saw Mars this morning before daylight.
It was our recorded history.
Just as those moments that I wrote about in my stories give life to a particular moment.
This moment is another event, another view.
The darkness was void of color except for an orange round glow in the far southern sky.
I have no clue as to what I was looking at but the folks on TV said,  “Go out and look at Mars.”
I followed the Yellow Brick Road out the door and onto our deck to view Mars.
That is pretty amazing.
I tried to take a photo of Mars but out little camera had no luck in finding Mars.
I’ll just have to settle on photos that our community of scientist took.
Another grand moment has slipped away but it is embedded in this brain for a few hours.
I’ll make it last a little longer by placing theses marks on this computer screen.
Far Out has whole new meaning in this brain.
