Laurel, Mom & Rawa

 I am so far away from the poor folks in Africa; I am so far away from the women of Afghanistan (RAWA).
Mothers Day rolled around and I thought of my mother and
I wanted to repeat what I said earlier about women that are abused.
Laurel is constantly abused but she fights back with words or silence.
She learned to kick ass at an early age just to stay alive and keep her dignity.
I sometimes forget Laurel because she takes care of herself so well,
I take her for granted, that is a mistake I make.
Where have all the flowers gone.
I love ya girls.
