I informed Laurel that I needed
500 dollars to register to run for a U.S. Senate seat in Kentucky next
year. She looked at me in disbelief, “ You can’t remember names? You can’t
spell and you can’t think or speak and you want to run for office?” Jesus
What a Dud. I said, “But Laurel just look at all the benefits I’ll get
if I win. And what a great change in the way our country is run. What does
it mean to have a local yokel as a Senator from Kentucky? What changes
will it inspire?
It would be a revolutionary change
and a shot in the arm for the thinking man that does not feel that he does
not have a chance to win an election with all the political machines throwing
bad bloated thoughts into the fray.
It is a simple choice, the common
man or the political machine?
